Meet Jason Boltax

Jason Boltax, President of JHB Human Capital Management, has   a distinguished career in human resources and is recognized for his innovative bottom-line driven solutions and programs. Jason has over 11 years of experience in implementing strategic business solutions through integrated HR services and technology. He has held positions in HR operations, client delivery, project management and currently provides consultative services to organizations to assist them in meeting their human resources challenges. Jason has a proven record of leading client engagements while providing creative solutions to meet his clients evolving business needs. Jason earned his master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University with a concentration in organizational change and consultation.

Jason is also the organizer of The HR Alliance, an organization that helps HR professionals broaden their business networks, share knowledge and expertise and stay on top of the latest trends, strategies and best practices in human resources.
